The exterior of this historic building from the beginning of the 20th century assembles specific characteristics of the Neo-Romanian architecture.

The interior preserves the bohemian atmosphere and the bourgeois character of the past.

We notice the tiled stoves with sculptural decorative elements, the Hungarian point parquet, the original interior doors, as well as the classic furniture elements and the piano set in a romantic corner next to the stove.

The bathroom, recently reconfigured, preserves the stylistic lines of the existing space and harmoniously fits with the rest of the rooms.

The access to the location is possible through a balanced wooden staircase. Parking spaces are available on the streets in the immediate vicinity.
