This picturesque location is designed in a Neo-Romanian architectural style. The traditional elements, carefully conserved and reconditioned, generate a strong impression of authenticity. The location is set in the middle of a generous courtyard and garden that includes vegetable beds and quiet pathways with tall vegetation. The area is serene and reflects the typical bohemian rural landscape from the beginning of the XXth century.

The ground floor level includes the kitchen, the living room and a dining area now converted into an artist studio for painting. This space extends partially on the upper level, where there are two separated bedrooms as well.

The kitchen preserves the original brick pavement, while the artist's studio is marked by a natural stone flooring. The living room is covered in Hungarian point parquet and the entire upper level is covered in wooden floors.

The walls and the ceilings are covered in white lime plaster. In the studio area, the wooden beams are visible both on the ground floor as well as on the upper level. All rooms preserve the original fireplaces and stoves of rural inspiration.

The vernacular atmosphere is complemented by solid wood furniture and old decorations, specific for the construction's building period.
