This location, representative for the vernacular character of the housing structures near the Danube Delta includes a square courtyard, with a main building for living and several additional constructions for complementary rural activitites.

The constructions are made of wood and adobe. The main building has the windows and the entrance door painted in strong blue. Inside, we notice two plastered stoves built in traditional techniques.
