This multi-use location, that still preserves the traces of its industrial past, has an impressive height of about 5m, and a large open area easily adaptable for various scenographic photoshooting or video production concepts .

The whole space is structured on one floor and includes a separate toilet and a shower area. The existing furniture is easy to move and scenographically integrated, or, depending on options, it can be stored in containers available on site.

The flooring is made of cement tiles and the walls are treated in different textures in various areas, either in raw concrete surfaces preserving the original industrial installations, either with brick accents or retro-glam wall painting.

The area is marked by two rows of windows on the two main opposite sides, benefiting from natural lighting throughout the day. A complex system of lights has been installed in order to provide artificial lighting, either for the whole room, or to mark certain specific spots.

The restroom preserves the same vibe, mixing glam accents on an industrial background with raw concrete surfaces and metallic details.
