The construction is built in neo-Romanian style and evolves predominantly on one side, mostly in depth. The space includes a series of spaces that varies in size and proportions, structured on two levels, the ground floor and an upper level.

Maison Dadoo, which has its headquarters on the ground floor, also extends upstairs with auxiliary rooms.
